It has a been a week — three deaths in two days. I was floored. And death does really wierd things to family. I’m trusting that things will balance out in the end and know that God is in control.

And yes, I think the whole “Sex Sunday” is hilarious! I do at least have my sense of humor over most things. The Gesima Sunday’s aren’t common liturgy in my experience. Even though they are in the new hymnal, our home church doesn’t acknowledge them.

I’m enjoying studying the higher liturgy stuff. And to be honest, in times like right now… high liturgy services are a lot more comforting than a praise service.
